The platform includes:
Business Process Orchestration - features a process modeler for building and customizing business processes using an intuitive graphical user interface, and a process monitor for dynamically tracking business activities and processes. It provides configurable workflow to enable you to easily adapt to changing business requirements while significantly reducing time-consuming and costly customization.
Services Repository - provides easy access to RedPrairie services and registration of other enterprise services. The Services Repository is leveraged by the process modeler when creating orchestrations and serves as a one-stop enterprise catalog for all registered services.
Integration - offers a sophisticated Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tool to integrate your front-end business systems with supply chain execution systems, including complex data mapping and transformation.
Event Management - detects actions and exceptions which require awareness and response and then communicates these events or exceptions in real-time to appropriate personnel. Communication can be achieved via e-mail, pager, cell phone, PDA or a realtime event manager residing within all of RedPrairie's solutions.
